CyPace maintains the security and stability of the operating system, as originally delivered, by automatically applying security fixes whenever they are available and pass testing for the underlying technology used to deliver your VPS. |

Server maintenance & replacement
CyPace maintains the hardware that powers your Virtual Private Server. |

Monitor & maintain network uptime
CyPace maintains all aspects of the network your Virtual Private Server utilizes to the point of delivery to the internet. CyPace does not maintain the internet |

Plesk and OS support (original state)
CyPace provides support for the software included with your server in its original state. This includes operating system components and the Plesk control panel. |

Your Responsibility |

Application support
Although we apply security fixes to your server operating system, we don't upgrade the software it's delivered with. You will be responsible for supporting any configuration changes or upgrades to this software. You will also be responsible for supporting any software you install yourself. This includes operating system components and web based applications. |

User script errors
You are responsible for supporting any script errors generated by any of the web based applications you install on your server. |

Basic & advanced server administration
You are expected to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that come up requiring system administration to be performed |

Customer data backups
CyPace does not provide any data backup services for your Virtual Private Server. |
